Product Inspection

We take great care in packaging and shipping your products. However, we highly recommend that you inspect your items immediately upon delivery. If you notice any damage or discrepancies, please notify the delivery personnel or contact our customer service team right away.

No Refund Policy

Please note that Vindesi currently does not accept refunds for any products purchased through our E-commerce site. We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with your selection. If you are not satisfied, you may exchange your product under the following conditions:

• Window: Exchange requests must be made within 7 days from the original date of physical invoice receipt.
• Condition: The product(s) must be unused, clean, and in their original state and packaging.
• Value: An exchange cannot be done with a product that has a price lower than that of the original product purchased.
• Documentation: Please keep your invoice safe and intact; it is essential to present the original invoice for all exchange requests.

Shop Return Policy

Customers who purchased products from our E-commerce channel can visit our physical store for product claims or exchanges.

• The store manager will settle the claim according to our regular claim policy.
• If the specific product is not available at that moment, you may choose a different product in the same price range or wait until the item is restocked.
